It’s time to properly prep for your media career in Hollywood. It’s time to steward your body and get fit!
To compete in the challenging business of media, entertainment, arts and leadership you need to be healthy. Influence Women wants you to learn how to stay fit and ready for the long hours and days that are often required when working in production. Based on the teaching from their Eat Live Thrive Diet book, veteran coaches and experts, Danna Demetre, and Robyn Thomson will teach you effective strategies to lose weight, energize you during long days, change eating habits, and customize a healthy and enjoyable plan that is sustainable.
Join us for this 6-week mentorship series starting Saturday, March 4th at 9 am PST.

Danna and Robyn will coach you through a six-week program to help you successfully navigate all three phases of their diet. The goal is to discover an ideal eating and exercise plan that helps you reach your health and weight loss goals in a way that is both enjoyable and sustainable for the long-term.
You’ll have access to both virtual resources as well as weekly live coaching with Danna and Robyn via Zoom for 6 consecutive Saturdays at 9am PT. These sessions are also recorded and posted should you be unable to attend them live.
Over the six weeks you will learn practical and easy ways to:
- Change your habits from the inside out by transforming your mind
- Rev up your metabolism and become better at burning fat for fuel
- Discover the specific foods holding you back from weight loss and optimal health
- Customize your activity and exercise for maximum results
- Use intermittent fasting to enhance your health and weight loss
- Overcome sugar cravings and emotional eating issues
- Seek God’s power and provision for a healthier lifestyle
