Do you feel called to write, but you’re not sure how to begin? Maybe you’ve started your book or screenplay, but you’ve hit a wall and can’t seem to move forward. Whether you’re writing a novel, script, memoir, or a true story in narrative form, if you’re dreaming of a writing career this INrich Mentorship Program is for you! Led by seasoned writer Sarah Anne Sumpolec, Jumpstart Your Writing Career will equip you with the tools and information you need to realize your writing goals.
In this 6-week mentorship series, Sarah will guide you through the story process to help you hone your ideas, create a proposal for your story and take next steps toward a fully conceived project. Topics include developing a story concept, marketing your idea, publishing, screenwriting, proposal development and outlining a pathway for a successful writing career. Workshop-style discussions tailored towards the needs of participants will ensure that every writer will complete the program with an action plan to begin and finish your writing project.

Weekly Teaching & Assignments
You’ll receive homework assignments throughout the program and feedback from the instructor and your peers to help hone and develop your ideas.

About Sarah Anne Sumpolec
Sarah is a professional writer and has been published by Moody Publishers, NavPress, Focus on the Family and Skyscape Teen. She has taught at numerous writing conferences, youth events and women’s retreats over the years. As an editor and mentor, Sarah has worked with writers of all ages to hone and develop their stories. She is passionate about helping them move from “talking about writing” to “actually writing.”
Sarah is an alum of the Act One: Writing for Hollywood program which she credits with her start as a screenwriter almost 20 years ago. Sarah has earned multiple contest placements for her novels and screenplays and has been contracted by several production companies to write adaptations or develop projects. She also served as a development executive where she provided feedback on script submissions and worked as a story consultant on in-house scripts.
Sarah’s passion is writing for kids, teens and families and all of her own story projects revolve around at least one of those demographics.
