Description

Do you want to create stories that impact and inspire the next generation? Children have more access to media now than ever before, and the opportunities to reach them with stories are abundant. But how do you create relevant, exciting, and developmentally appropriate content for children? Join Alexis Pelot, head writer of the children’s show Wondermore, and Influence Women Atlanta Chapter Director and children’s storyteller Anna Oakley for an empowering talk about navigating the writing process for young audiences.

Alexis Pelot is a writer, story editor, and post-producer. She and her husband started Further Ado, a post-production and story development company. They work on series, features, commercials, and unscripted projects and enjoy creating content they can watch with their five kids. Their recent work includes Wondermore, for which Alexis served as head writer.
